Shocked  I was pleased to see MUCH more new stock in the craft section---even though they are in the turmoil of being shifted to a different location in the building due to the SuperStore construction.  A large new order (anticipating Christmas crafters) of coned cotton was ordered yesterday and should be in within 1 to 2 weeks.  Can't wait to see what colors come in.  More #10 Bamboo thead and a re-stock of the other threads.  More yarns of the usual brands and Vanna's Choice is now in stock (4.97 for 7 oz skeins).  Beautiful new fabrics have been added and are very reasonably priced.  The biggest surprise for me was they are now carrying Bamboo Knitting needles!  One circular (#8 / 24") and a variety of sizes in 10" length straights.  All are priced at 3.97  They are BOYE brand.  Still no clue how much the section will be reduced in size and supply but there are still promises of keeping the yarns and fabrics.

Sounds promising.............Believe this or not..........I didn't even mosey on over to the craft section today when I made my weekly trip.   I knew if I went over, I'd just have to buy some yarn....and I KNOW I don't need any right now...so the only way I could walk out of there without yarn was to just not even look..........But it's really killing me now so you can be sure next week I will be checking it out!!!!

Bende!  Congratualtions ( I think Roll Eyes) for such self-discipline.  There is NO WAY I can stay away fom the craft section....EVER!  I didn't "need" anything at all but....well.....that's why you need to teach me some self-discipline.  Hubby did not even wince when he found me there (yarn in basket).  He is one smart cookie. LOL.  Knew he was getting off easy with a "cheap date" today since it is our anniversary and the couple of skeins of yarn was all I wanted (and a Chinese dinner). Cheesy  Yarn is Bernat Baby Jacquards " I am a Big Boy" color # 06131.  Have you seen it?  Nice blend of blues and greens and white.

So glad you found what you needed, Kathy!  We wouldn't want you running out of yarn so close to the end of the Christening Shawl like I ran out of yarn with those whacky socks I had to "reconfigure"  Roll Eyes a few months ago.  LOL.  Can't wait to see the shawl!!!!
