Have you girls seen these?  http://www.joann.com/joann/catalog.jsp?CATID=cat2873&PRODID=prd58617

I saw one in my craft store where they had one hanging up as a demo.  As usual, I used a 50% coupon to pay $4 instead of $8 and got the size G.  It's pretty neat, but more of a novelty for me.  It might be good for anyone who likes to crochet while watching late night TV in bed while the lights are on low so as to not bother a sleeping partner.  It is pretty handy for working with dark colored yarns.

They also make them in knitting needles and scissors.  What will they think of next?!?!?

Very clever gadget / hook.  I can see how it would be pretty neat to use.  I knew about them but have not yet looked for them in the stores.

I sure wish they made them in the steel hook sizes. Very interesting!

I have the G and H but don't really like them so rarely use them.  They are great for dark colors when sewing squares together.

I don't like the feel of these hooks when using them.   I seem to crochet loose when using these hooks and can't grip them as well.  Guess it is all in what you get used to.

I really want that! Before bed I can use the lite needles or when I am in a plane and people are sleeping I can use them. I definitely need to buy a pair of them!

I had a pair and took them back, didn't really like the feel.
