Looking for a pattern for a coathanger cover with a stork and basket attached

Hi I am new to this page and I am from Sydney, Australia. I am looking for a pattern for my dear old Scottish friend. She had been making these coat hangers for more than 50 years, she is 85 and has been very ill lately and rang me asking if I still had one of these coat hangers as she had forgotten how to make them. My youngest child is now 19 so I don't have one anymore. She would love to try making some again as she has a new great grandchild on the way. I remember the cover being fairly plain and it had a little basket hanging from it with what I think were the legs for the stork attached! Hope someone may remember them. I would love to be able to give her the pattern.
