Little girl's peter pan collar

Ok, ladies, I need your help again.  I purchased a cute little navy velour dress for my daughter for Christmas pictures, but the only problem is that it needs something around the collar area, it's very plain and I thought I could crochet a little peter pan collar for it.  But I can't seem to find a pattern for one, so does anyone have a pattern for a simple yet pretty collar for a 5 year old.  Thanks for any suggestions!!!

I was surprised and disappointed to see tht many of the vintage sites are now charging for their patterns. Pooh!
