Usually Bende or one of us suggests setting up a day and time for a live chat. We haven't had one for a while so we probably should be thinking about another one.
If you haven't looked at it yet---uppper right hand corner of the screen has a link (Live Chat Page) for the live chat. It will guide you into the chat room.
