Hi, I'm Sheila. I'm left handed. I taught myself to crochet when I was cleaning out my mom's house, and found skeins and skeins of yarn. She was a buy-a skein-and-use-one-yard-of-it sort of person, and I profited! I have a pug who came close to death the day he jumped up and snapped my new carved wooden hook in half. I'm in the middle of making an afghan so large and heavy there's a chance I may end up like the lady in the commercial, "Help, I've crocheted and I can't get up!" I get bored in the middle of things, so I have plenty of UFOs. This place looks friendly and helpful.
