Does anyone know how to make the "Grit Stitch" ? I saw it in a crocheted washcloth picture but can't describe it and can't figure it out. I can't find it anywhere and it sounds like a good one for facial scrubbies.
Thanks for the help,
Nancy

From what I know and what I have seen, the "grit stitch " is an alternating slip st and half double crochet. I bet it would make a very dense fabric.
