I was sewing hexagons together for an afghan.  I knot and weave in my ends really well to make sure it doesn't come undone under any circumstances!  Well, after sewing 1 strip if 8 hexagons to the afghan, I realized I had sewn the whole strip on backwards.  It took me hours to undo the weaving and knots (being careful not to cut into important parts of the hexagons).  Needless to say, now I check 2-3 times before I actually start sewing things together!

What was your worst crochet moment?

Hmmm.  I can only tell ya one?  Hahahahahaha.  Probably the one I did just recently with the tote.  I tried to make my own pattern and when I went to work on the back side I couldn't remember how I started the first side.  LOL.  Couldn't figure it out and I spent several days working on the first side.  Needless to say it went in the trash.   Sad
