Has anybody else heard of this & thinking about doing it?  I would love to but it's a little expensive for me right now.  Maybe my husband will get a job soon or we will win the lottery Grin  You don't even have to be a member of CGOA to get it.

Sounds fun and challenging but no I am not considering it.  I have pretty much done everything (shown) in the outline of sessions ---having learned them from books or online.  There is such a wealth of info online that is free that I don't sign up and pay for much of anything anymore.

I've heard of it and I've done it...I have the certificate.
I just have to say it was one of the worst experiences I've had and a little pricey. I don't recommend it to anyone. Unless you really want to have the certificate.
I sent my 2 binders with all of my swatches to CGOA and they lost it. I couldn't believe it. They were supposed to send them back to me but after many many emails asking repeatedly about them...they were never to be seen again.
What a heartache, at least I have a piece of paper stating I'm a Master of Crochet Basic stitches  Undecided

It won't unless you want to crochet as a designer or somehow do crochet as a job.
I actually noticed the new course is for Advanced stitches...maybe they will be more careful with those submissions  Undecided
