I guess I have never done a pineapple before but I am totally confused as to what I am to do at the end of each one. Here is the directions of the doily that I am working on now
Ch 3, lg shell in ch-2 sp of next lg shell, ch 3, sk nest ch-3 sp, sc in next ch-3 sp, 3 dc in ch-2 sp of next lg shell, ch 1, turn,
sl st in ch-2 sp of previous lg shell, ch 1, turn, 3 dc in same ch 3, sc in ch sp between last 2 lg shells, sl st in next ch-2 sp, sl st in next dc. Fasten off.I am confused where the instructions are bolded. Where do I stick my hook, right after the 3 dc that I just created??? or somewhere in the rows below? Then - where do I put my hook at the underlined part - I am totally confused - when I completed it the way I thought it was supposed to be, it looks lopsided - more shells on one side then the other.
