Does anyone know how to create this adorable fuzzy trim?  It doesn't seem to be made from any kind of specialty yarn that I can tell and the hat is made with cotton.

cute!  Sorry, but I can't see the "furry" trim stitches close enough to determine how it might have been done.

Maybe it's been made to look fuzzy by combing it? Like with a wire brush or something? The edges do look kind of pulled as you can see bits of cotton hanging.Huh Either that or its a fine furry wool used?

It kind of looks like that terry cloth yarn.  I don't know what it's called though.
