It's one of my mother's old patterns. Well not that old... Don't wanna sound like I'm insulting my mother XD

It's starting out as a pretty easy pattern. Both items have the same pattern... only differing at the borders and the joins. I did try to find a link to post and found many patterns by the same company but not this specific one.

If anyone cares to looks it an Emu quickerknit No 8508.

I would post a copy of the picture on the pattern sheet to show you what I'm aiming for lol! But I'm unsure if it's allowed because of the copyrights?

Just finishing off the edging! I'll take it down the boyfriends tomorrow and take photos Smiley

I'll also do all the other photos I've been promising to do.

Is there a way to find out what the copyright covers? Cause I'd love to post this pattern...It's so quick and easy.

If it's a free pattern you can post the link to the pattern.  If you take a picture of the book yourself, you can post the picture since it's YOUR picture.......but you cannot take a picture of the pattern itself...and you cannot take the picture of the book off the internet...........hope this helps..

Ha I knew you'd like it Smiley Only now noticed I spelt Matinee wrong lol.

Should I be proud that I did ripples? (they are ripples right?)

Grin  Well of course you should be proud of your ripples!  I certainly was proud the first time I did a ripple pattern.  The "ripple" is also known as "chevron" and in the old, old days (LOL) it was a crochet technique referred to as "russian" crochet.  Wink

I think they look more like waves personally. Glad you both like it. Can't wait to see it in use. That'll be the best part. I remember when I used to just LOVE the cardies my auntie would knit me!

Thanks Bende.
