I'm impressed! Consumer comments DO work sometimes and the Caron Company obviously values their customers and takes pride in their product----- and in doing GOOD business. I wish I had let Lion Brand yarns know how terrible several of my skeins of Homespun were. (Not that I would expect freebies but simply because I like the yarn and would enjoy using more of it if not for so many defects). I thought of notifying them but simply returned my skeins to the store where purchased for a no hassle refund. Thanks for the reminder that the customer DOES still count in some manufacturer's minds! I love Caron and I love it / them more now!
