Is everyone ready?Huh  How about we get this quilt started!  I'm not quite done with the sweater I'm working on, or my bingo bag, but I know the quilt is a big project and I know I'll want to do other things in between, so i'll work on all three.  Who's in???  Here's a site that has some cute quilt patterns..pick your quilt and let's get started!!!!  I'm excited about this one!!!  If anyone else has a site that has free quilt patterns that we can all look at for choices, please post them here!  Thanks!

The quilt thing I don't think I will be able to do. Not into following patterns I go by trial and error. Right now just trying to finish up the things I have in mind that is on my WIP list and trying not to make it bigger. Done with my craft box and hook case will be hopeful done later today.

Good luck you all on your quilts.

I have all squares done but joining them all has become a problem and am getting disappointed with it.  The problem comes in when making sure that the two-colored squares go in the right direction to make the pattern.  This is the same quilt that Nutty has already done.  Think I might put it aside for a while and try something else and then go back to the quilt but by nature once I start one project I always finish it before going on to the next.  Feel like it will take longer to join the squares than it did to crochet them.

Patterns like " Grandma's Flower Garden" would be a great way to use up scraps. I haven't seen it in crochet but I know we crocheter's are a clever bunch! The hunt for the pattern is always fun!
