Ok so I think I have my item done and I have to admit it IS a mystery. So ok ladies............is it a tissue cover? It would also be a cute flowerpot cover. It might even fit on a tiny lampshade. HELP! Oh I just know that NUt is gonna get enjoyment from this!

I agree with Carol Anne. It is a toilet tissue cover. Have made several like it except mine doesn't have the tie around the top.
