Well, it's a new year, time to start a new crochet along. We've done the mystery crochet along before and had so much fun with it, I thought we'd do it again now that we have many more members. The way it works is everyone that wants to join, will pick a pattern. (not a real difficult one). Everyone will send their pattern to me, but before you do that, you must delete any/all information about what the pattern is. When I receive everyone's pattern, we will have a chat, and I will pick from a hat, the patterns and who it goes to.........at the end of the chat, everyone will have a pattern, and not know what they will be crocheting. It's really fun crocheting something, not knowing what it is and no picture to look at. When you finish your "item" you will post a picture of it in the "crochet along showcase". Also, while everyone is working on their pattern..no one can know who got what pattern until the pictures are revealed, then you can say which pattern you chose if you want to.
If you can't make the chat when we pick the patterns, that's fine...I will just pick the patterns for the ones in chat, and then those that have joined and are not in chat will recieve their patterns after chat......
So, If you want to join this crochet along...please post here and I will collect all the names. We'll pick names in chat, I will post the day and time of chat..........

no time limit, but I'd like to have all the patterns to me by next monday so we can distribute the patterns so people can get started on them............

I'M IN! For anyone who is wondering if they have time....these are quick projects. Finding a good pattern and stripping it of it's identity takes longer then anything! It really is fun. Take a look at the last Mystery Swap and you will see what I mean.  If you can't join in this time there will always be others. I'm counting on this forum being here for years to come! |

 I guess I'll wait for the next one. Sounds like such fun but I am overloaded as it is, and have too much to finish already,in the coming weeks. Have a ball and I will be looking for the pics /posts!

Last call for the Mystery Crochet Along. Anyone that wants to join, let me know and submit your pattern (removing any hint on what the item is) to me. We will have a chat tomorrow to distribute the patterns..........should be alot of fun.
