help! cant figure out how to post pictures ??

Hi
I can't for the life of me figure out how to post pics on this forum.I tried clicking on the +sign where it says additional options and i "browsed then put in my pic from my computer but them when i tried to post the message i got a message error.I also can't figure out how to insert links either like for my blog or smileys,font changes etc.any help would be apreciated.

try signing up for Photobucket.com
then all you have to do is upload you photos there
and then they automatically create HTML links for you to cop and paste in to your messages.
You can even sort your photos there too.
Flikr is good too.
I prefer photobucket.
if you need more help freel free to email me and i can walk you thru it step by step.
