Made this afghan for my son's 1st wedding anniversary.  Used just under 2 miles of yarn, took somewhere between 60-80 hours and measures approx 5x6 ft (big enough for snuggling-for-two!)  I filet-crochet designed his name into it with a diamond border.  told him it was his first family heirloom so he needed to get started on a family to hand it down to!  ("But no pressure!" says mama!)  LOL!
